If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
We offer a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, with all original packaging and accessories included, along with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Order Cancellation
Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled by contacting us before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please follow the return process below instead.
Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Approved refunds are subject to a 6.5% service fee deducted from the refund total, and the original $0.3 payment processing fee is non-refundable. Import duties and customs fees paid at delivery are also non-refundable.
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@uenorth.comwith your order number to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide you with a return address and instructions.
Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after 15 business days, please reach out to us.
